ISO 9001 and ISO 17100
Our quality management system has been certified to ISO 9001 since 2007, and our translation processes to ISO 17100, the international standard for translation services, since 2018. Both are audited every year by TÜV SÜD Slovakia. In practice, this means every translation is handled by a qualified translator and then reviewed by a second, independent linguist before it reaches you. What ISO 17100 means for you.
